Simple IRA |
GENTECH provides employees with the opportunity to contribute pre-tax dollars toward retirement. Employees are automatically enrolled in this program which allows immediate investing. Employees may contribute up to $10,000 per year. |
Vacation |
GENTECH employees begin to accrue two weeks of vacation per year immediately at the rate of 6.67 hours per month. After three years, employees accrue three weeks of vacation per year at a rate of ten hours per month. |
Holidays |
GENTECH employees will be entitled to the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays observed by the client. |
Sick Time |
GENTECH employees begin to accrue sick time at the rate of one half day per month for a total of six paid sick days annually. |
Bereavement |
GENTECH employees will receive up to three paid days for immediate family members. |
Paydays |
GENTECH employees are paid every other week—26 times per year—and for convenience, Direct Deposit is available. |
Referral Fees |
GENTECH rewards employees who refer potential employees and business opportunities. |
