- Consulting: Work as a full-time Gentech employee. Projects vary based on client needs, but we work with our consultants to try to match their objectives and needs. All of our consultants are eligible for Gentech Benefits.
- Consult-to-Hire: Start out as a full-time Gentech employee with the intention of becoming a full-time employee of the client. Get to know the employer before you make a long-term commitment to them. All of our consult-to-hires are eligible for Gentech Benefits
